As far as we know this is the worlds first organic gluten free Hoisin sauce.
It taste like a good premium Hoisin sauce, its fantastic as a dip for duck or pancake rolls. brilliant as a stir-fry. It has none of the Monosdium Glutimate or other chemicals found in a non organic Hoisin.
We won a gold medal at the great taste awards and a highly commended at the Soil Association awards.
