Devon Rarebit
with DD's Green Stuff

Serves 4

4 thick rounds of good seeded granary bread

2 tsp Westcountry Spice Company DDs Green Stuff

4oz (125g) Grated Red Leicester cheese

1 egg

Black pepper to taste

Toast bread on one side and in a bowl mix all the other ingredients. Turn bread and spread mixture evenly over each slice. Grill until bubbly and turning brown. Serve immediately with a green salad.
